The project
A new way to build .
Tomás Bretón is a co-housing building in the Arganzuela district, in the heart of Madrid — twenty homes designed to minimise their environmental impact and, above all, to create community. A near-zero CO2 project, fully electric, with shared spaces that weave neighbourhood life. Our commission was to visualise it for the project’s marketing.
The challenge was conceptual. Ecological co-housing is not just a building — it is a different way of inhabiting the city, and that is hard to put into an image. The visualisations had to convey both the architecture and the idea that sustains it: that one can live sustainably and collaboratively in the very centre of Madrid.
