The project
The colour of Canarian earth.
La Luchada is a development of detached homes in Lanzarote. Our commission was the visualisation of the project — and in a place like the islands, visualising well means, above all, understanding the site.
The challenge was to capture what makes the Canarian landscape unique — the mountain, the sea, the colour of the volcanic earth and that characteristic white of the islands’ architecture. We worked each image so that the development would not read as a project that could be anywhere, but as an architecture that belongs to Lanzarote and converses with its surroundings.
